ISEF was established in 2007. The company was initially only focused on FDIs in the Education industry. After receiving numerous requests to use its expertise in recruitment of leadership for various Institutions in the Gulf & Asian region , the directors decided to diversify its portfolio and established a recruitment and events department. With years of experience in the industry our philosophy has been that our clients gain is our only measure of success. 2. Collaboration: We work closely with schools and educational institutions to ensure our recruitment processes meet their safeguarding requirements.
3. Vetting and verification: We conduct thorough vetting and verification of candidates' suitability to work with children and young people.

Procedures:

1. Candidate screening: We conduct thorough interviews, reference checks, and verification of qualifications and experience.
2. Background checks: We ensure that candidates undergo necessary background checks, including DBS checks (or equivalent), before being placed in schools.
3. Safeguarding training: Our staff receive regular safeguarding training to ensure they can identify potential safeguarding concerns.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment team: Our recruitment team is responsible for ensuring that safeguarding procedures are followed.
2.Candidate management: We will not place candidates in schools without satisfactory background checks and safeguarding clearances.

Monitoring and Review:
This policy is reviewed annually or when significant changes occur.

Requirements for Institutions to attend ISEF Events:

  1. The Institution must be registered with the local education ministry of the country.
  2. The salary package must be market related and meet the minimal standards of ISEF.
  3. A once off fee is paid upon registration.
